| CharityWorks, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation pursuant to Chapter 617, Florida
Statutes, designed to enhance nonprofit organizations through the
delivery of purchasing services, consultation and fiscal
responsibilities. The
Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, social, and
educational purposes. Its mission is to promote donor's works of
charity and aid tax-exempt organizations by assisting them in
managing their funds more effectively in purchasing goods and
services from vendors at prices otherwise unavailable to them.
The organization's activities
include, but are not limited to the following:
 Providing purchasing consultation
services to charitable donors and tax-exempt organizations in
acquiring goods and services;
Soliciting resources from individuals,
foundations, vendors, and other entities for distribution to
tax-exempt organizations;
Distributing and/or coordinating the
distribution of resources from charitable donors to tax-exempt
organizations;
Providing educational programs to
donors, their agents, and others with respect to maximizing
efficiency in charitable giving;
Promoting through public relations
campaigns the value of charitable giving; and making and performing contracts
of every kind for any lawful purpose without limit as to amount,
with any person, firm, association, corporation, municipality,
governmental agency or political subdivision.
